Prohibited Items: A Prohibited Items List is available for download: or Passengers must be provided with this list prior to boarding our aircraft. Per Federal Aviation Administration and Department of Transportation mandate, it is prohibited to transport any Samsung Galaxy Note 7 device. Please advise your clients/passengers that these devices will not be permitted on board.

Cancellation Terms: Flights cancelled within 72 hours to 24 hours of the scheduled departure time are subject to a 50% cancellation charge. Flight cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. One way trips are subject to 100% cancellation fee at the time of booking.

Aircraft Substitutions: The broker and their client acknowledges that Sky LLC reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute the aircraft at any time prior to departure with another aircraft similar to the aircraft originally booked. In the event another aircraft is not available then the broker and their client will be entitled to a refund. Sky LLC will not be held liable for any other costs or expenses in the event the aircraft is not available for any reasons.

Boarding: A valid State or Government Issued Photo ID must be presented to the crew prior to boarding to verify the identity of each passenger. The name(s) must match the one(s) provided in advance of the flight. Any inaccurate passenger information provided to Sky LLC may result in the delay of the flight.

Limits of Liability: Sky LLC shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense or cost incurred by the client, guests or broker due to any aircraft defect, negligence of third party contractors, any loss or damage or theft of personal property, any delays due to scheduling, cancellation, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine, an act deemed as Force Majeure or resulting from the negligence of Heavy Metal Air employees or their contractors.

Governing Law: This agreement is subject to the laws of the State(s) where we have our businesses located. The venue of any hearing will be determined by which State is handling any claim. All attorney fees and other costs incurred by SKY LLC resulting from the client violating the terms of this agreement will be paid by the client.
